WoW.....I am at a loss of words!

I have noticed a few of clothes fitting really tight around the belly and butt area ( a little tighter then normal), so I was like wth is going on. Well i brought out my handy dandy scale, and was in complete shock on how much I weigh. I stepped of the scale and weighed myself again, as it was the same number. I stepped of and stood there in disbelief. I cannot weight that much i thought to myself, so i got back on the scale, and yup......it was indeed how much I weighed. I am at 201 pounds. This is by far the biggest I have ever been. Every body says you don't look like it, your tall so the fat has plenty of places to go. Well, at the end of the day I am the one that has to deal with this, and yes I am tall, but that still doesn't stop me from feeling fat and disgusting. I have always been thin, even after having my first 3 children. After, my fourth child is when I packed on the pounds. I am still on a state of dismay about how much I weigh. Day 9 Of JMBR (Jillian Michael's Body Revolution)

Let's see I haven't lost much weight. but I am not expecting to loose a lot within the first few weeks or so. I have noticed that my strength is building and my muscles aren't as sore as they were the first few days. The cardio is kicking my butt though...lol! I didn't think to take any before pictures, but I happened to take some today. DON"T LAUGH...Took these from my webcam cause my digital camera ain't feeling so hot right about now. Day 1: Jillian Michaels: Body Revolution

Today I am extremely tired, I am an anemic, and I also have adrenal gland problems. I did manage to do the whole 30 mins of the the Phase 1 Workout 1 disc done. it's not as bad as I thought, I just need to find the motivation to keep it going. I have stopped drinking Dr. Pepper...which is soooooo freaking hard to do. I do know that I need to get better for myself and mu kids. I no longer like the way I look in pictures, and it's time for a change...I feel so fat and disgusting it isn't even and kind of funny. I know this will be hard, but I NEED to do what's best for me to be healthy and happy. I currently weigh a whopping 186.2 pounds and my BMI is about 29.4...which is way to much! I will be updating this blog just about every day for the next 12 weeks.

It has been a while since I have posted in here. It is definitely time to take my weight loss serious...and I ain't stopping till I reach MY GOAL! Next 20 days I will be doing this pre work out plan.
